Damien H. Munger, is a Partner in at Covewood law Group . Mr. Munger has a JD from New York Law School, an LL.M in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.S. in Biology from Drexel University.

His practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, limited liability companies

and partnerships, income & estate tax planning, and probate. Mr. Munger has

served as Adjunct Professor of Tax Research and Corporate Tax at Florida

Atlantic University and Adjunct Professor of Taxation of Estates and Gifts and

Trusts at Nova Southeastern University School of Business and Entrepreneurship.

Mr. Munger has participated in numerous professional associations and

organizations including the Texas Bar Tax Section and the Palm Beach Tax

Institute. In addition, he has played an active role in civic organizations such

as the Education Foundation of San Antonio County, Palm Beach County Business

Development Board, Leadership Palm Beach, Texas Design Preservation League,
